Sa Torre Blanca, is a farm of 200HA dedicated to different livestock activities.

The most important of this activity is the breeding of the Minorcan cow, a species in serious danger of extinction in the Balearic territory.

According to the 2001 census, there were only 514 specimens of this race in the islands.

For this reason, in 1998 an association was created whose main objective was to preserve the Menorcan race.

With the effort and dedication of the association and its partners, the figure has almost tripled, reaching 1478 specimens

Once a year, it takes place in Sa Torre Blanca, the cutting of the pig, animal raised in the same facilities of the farm.

During this party, meeting family and neighborhood of yesteryear, we proceed to develop the most delicious sausages such as; sobrasada, camot, butifarró, carnixua ...

A variety of flavors that the visitor can taste at breakfast.
